Payment
Ticket to Heaven webshop accepts Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, American Express, Master Card and Eurocard. However it is not possible to use Finnish VISA Electron and Maestro Card as the Finnish banks do not allow these cards for online sale. Payment will be debited to your account when the goods are dispatched. There cannot be deducted a greater amount than the one you approved when ordering. Customers paying in EURO are reminded that there may be a difference in price as a result of the exchange rate at the time of purchase, as the amount will be drawn in DKK.
Our webshop encrypts all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
For Russian costumers: Please note new Russian customers will be asked for identification.
Prices
All our prices include VAT at 25%. For non EU countries we settle the price without VAT. For delivery outside EU VAT and customs duties will be in accordance with local regulations.
Delivery
We are handling orders as they come in. Usually we dispatch the orders on the first working day after order registration. We use the Danish mail carrier Post Danmark and provided that they comply with their day-to-day delivery, the order is expected to be delivered 2-3 days after registration. The Ticket to Heaven web shop cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Post Danmark. Deliveries to the island of Bornholm and certain other smaller Danish islands are not covered by Post Danmark’s next-day delivery service as deliveries to these areas may, in some cases, take two days.
Cost of deliveries in Denmark
Orders of EUR 70,00 or more will be sent free of charge. Otherwise the shipping shipping fee is EUR 5,50.
Please note if two orders or more are shipped together, only one shipping fee will be reimbursed.
Cost of deliveries outside Denmark
We handle orders on the first working day after order registration. We send by UPS abroad. Delivery can be expected 3-6 days after order registration.
You can expect a longer delivery time to Russia and Ukraine as we only ship to Russia once a week by Post Danmark.
Orders of EUR 70,00 or more will be sent free of charge. Otherwise the shipping fee is EUR 10,00.
Orders to Russia and Ukraine will not be sent free of charge. Shipping fee is always EUR 39,00.
Orders to Greenland, Iceland and Faroe Island will not be sent free of charge. Shipping fee is always EURO 20,00.
Please note if two orders or more are shipped together, only the shipping fee on one order will be reimbursed.

Return policy
You may return goods within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. If you regret a purchase, you simply return the goods in the same state and quantity as you received them. Once the goods are received and approved, the purchase price is refunded to the same credit card used for payment of the order. Refund is made within 10 days. The return of the goods is made at the buyer’s risk and expense. We do not accept returned goods by COD (cash on delivery).
Exchange
All goods can be exchanged within 14 days from the date you receive the parcel. The freight of the returns is on your own expense but we will send the new articles freight free. When returning please enclose the delivery note that came with your order. Please state on the delivery note which articles you want in exchange. If the requested article is not in stock the amount of the product will be transferred within 10 days. Goods can only be exchanged to goods of the same or lower price. If an article of a higher price is requested we kindly ask you to place a new order.
Returning goods
Please return the goods to the address below. Note that we do not accept returned goods by COD (cash on delivery). Name and order number must be enclosed. Sufficient information such as a copy of the order confirmation and any previous correspondence, etc. helps shorten the execution time.

Claims
Ticket to Heaven webshop provides 2 years warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act manufacturing and material defects discovered during its normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or damages directly or indirectly caused by improper handling, poor maintenance, and violence or tampering. Complaints about failures and shortcomings that should be detected by usual inspection of the product must be communicated to our shop within reasonable time. The product can then be returned for repair, replacement or crediting. In connection with complaints Ticket to Heaven returns costs of reasonable freight. Please enclose a copy of the post receipt in order to receive a refund for postage.

We cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on the website exactly reflect the colours of the actual garments. The appearance of colour also depends on your computer settings.
